111.9 million fans watched the top 5 Super Bowl commercials during last Sunday between the Denver Broncos and Carolina Panthers and Denver won 24-10. That put this event as the 3rd all-time watched Super Bowl in history. And of course, the TV commercials are a big part of the this annual event. In fact, some viewers like the commercials as much as the game. Companies spent $5 million for the privilege of placing a 30 second spot during the game. Here’s our top 5 list of commercials that we thought were great.

When three friends decide to stay home for the night, a surprise visitor arrives with MTN DEW Kickstart on a mission to change their minds. By far the strangest commercial of the night. But a home-run for originality and target audience.
2. Kia – Walken Closet
Christopher Walken saves a man from a lifetime of beige socks in this Super Bowl ad for Kia. Ok. I’m a big Christopher Walken fan. I love the humor and it holds your attention. A great Top 5 Super Bowl commercial.
3. Skittles – Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler in a Top 5 Super Bowl Commercial
Aerosmith’s Steven Tyler receives a special portrait, in this Super Bowl Ad for Skittles. I’m a big Aerosmith fan too. This commercial presents the product in a creative way.
4. Honda Ridgeline – Sheep Singing Queen’s ‘Somebody to Love’
A New Truck to Love Song by Queen Honda 2016 Super Bowl Commercial. Honda sheep’s singing Queen song. I laughed the hardest when I saw this commercial. Something about singing animals makes this commercial memorable. Oh, and I liked Queen in the day too. Another Top 5 Super Bowl commercial.
